Our Business relation with GoldenB2B Hospitality FZ LLC (GB2B) initiated a few years ago in Lebanon where we installed their Food Beverage Materials (FBM) solution at Le Gray, in central Beirut. The success of that relation was the decisive factor to extend our collaboration further hence GB2B implemented its more advanced technology, rich Internet and fully Web enabled solution Supply Chain Management (SCM) at Carlisle Bay, in Antigua (Caribbean). Despite initial challenges mainly due to the distance and time difference GB2B’s support has been effective and continuously improving.

 

Meanwhile GB2B demonstrated a sustainable commitment in its products and services SCM has been proven a valuable tool for our organisation. These solutions have greatly improved the processes in many areas of our hotels by simplifying daily tasks without losing vital controls and audit checks. Therefore we are planning to implement SCM in our new hotels and projects.
